Why keep the expenses card switched on

Without the expenses card, the hotel may ask the crew to pay for meals and extras, or ask for a deposit before check-in.

At checkout, keep "Required" switched on under "Virtual credit card".

Forgot to add it? From the login that made the booking, open it and click "Create card" under "At-hotel expenses card".

Staze asks for the hotel's email address? Enter reception's email address, not your own. If you don't have it, email info@staze.com and we find it.
